Orders of US$34.99 or more qualify for free shipping. For orders below this threshold, any applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment. Once an order has shipped and tracking information becomes available, available tracking details will be provided.

7. Shipping Information, Changes & Cancellations

Customers are responsible for reviewing shipping information before submitting an order. If you discover an error in your delivery information, contact support@buneroa.com as soon as possible. Shipping information may generally be changed before an order has shipped. Once shipment has occurred, we may no longer be able to modify the delivery information.

8. Returns & Refunds

Jewelry should generally be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received, together with its original packaging, jewelry pouch or box, tags, care cards, certificates, and any accessories supplied with the item, where applicable.

Products that have been materially altered, misused, intentionally damaged, or damaged after delivery for reasons unrelated to a product defect may not qualify for return. For preference-based returns, change-of-mind returns, or other eligible returns not caused by a product issue or fulfillment error, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.
